Learning- Teaching – Training (LTT) activity under Shepherd Bridge (Çoban Köprüsü)
Project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union was organized by
Serbia on between 8/9-14/09/2021. The general monitoring and coordination was managed by
project partner Serbia. While Project coordinator and project teams of Burdur Directorate of
Provincial Agriculture and Forestry, Burdur Governorship, Mehmet Akif Ersoy University,
Burdur Chamber of Agriculture and shepherdess from Burdur participated actively , other
partners Spain and Greece attended through Zoom application because of Covid-19 pandemic.
This training activity consisted of mutual sharing of presentations on the physiology of sheep
and goats, selection, stress and ways of coping, instinctive reflex movements, characteristics
and traits unique to breeds , similarities and differences of sheep and goat breeds.
All participants experienced Serbian hospitality throughout LTT activity lasting for 5 days.
